Chef David Koshizawa is a chef instructor at the Arts Institute of Michigan. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Dietetics, followed on by an Associates in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College under the instruction of some of America’s finest chef’s such as Master Chef Kevin Gawronski, Chef Brian Polcyn and others.  Chef David has been cooking since he was a child, having been raised by parents who are both professional chefs.
