Hello world and welcome to my blog about food and my thoughts on the culinary world. This blog will talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of all foods. I thought I would start this, with the help of a certain someone, so I could express and write about the things that I love or can’t stand about the culinary world.

Just a little background about me, I’m a chef instructor at the Art Institute of Michigan. I’ve been teaching for the last 5 years or so and I’ve been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years. I enjoy everything about it from being a prep cook, to a bus boy, to a sous chef, to being an executive chef. I’ve done it all and will be sharing many stories from my experiences in the weird and wacky world of restaurants and the food business.
